About Me

Welcome! My name is Jodie, and I am deeply passionate about helping others heal, grow, and find balance—body, mind, and soul. My journey into the world of holistic healing began back in 2000 when I completed my Diploma in Swedish Massage in Australia. Since then, I've been committed to exploring and mastering various healing modalities to guide people on their own transformative paths.

In 2010, I became an accredited Louise Hay teacher, which gave me a powerful foundation in the transformative practice of affirmations and positive thinking. Louise's teachings sparked a deeper connection to the mind-body relationship, which I continue to integrate into my work.

As my understanding of healing deepened, I studied Reiki, eventually becoming a Reiki Master in 2012. Reiki has truly expanded my ability to help others tap into their own life force energy, bringing balance, peace, and deep healing to both the physical and emotional body.

With a lifelong passion for growth and development, I took my practice further by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance International. This course enhanced my ability to teach others not only physical postures but also the deeper spiritual and mental aspects of yoga, which I believe are essential for overall well-being.

In 2024, I became a certified Sound Bath Meditation Facilitator, bringing the transformative practice of sound healing to those seeking balance, relaxation, and spiritual growth. Sound baths are a deeply immersive experience where healing frequencies from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes guide you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation.

I am dedicated to continually learning and evolving, and my mission is to support you in your own journey of healing and personal growth. Whether through massage, Reiki, yoga, or mindful practices, I aim to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and experience holistic wellness.
