Hot Stone Foot Massage

The heat from the stones helps to relax the muscles, increase blood flow, and can have a calming effect on the mind.

Chakra Balancing Massage

Chakra balancing massage offers benefits by clearing energy blockages, which can lead to reduced stress and tension, improved mood, enhanced relaxation, greater self-awareness, and a stronger sense of connection and vitality. By facilitating the free flow of energy through the body's energy centers, this holistic therapy supports overall well-being and helps individuals achieve greater balance and harmony.

Reiki Treatments

Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, eases anxiety, and can help with pain. By gently channeling energy, it calms the nervous system and fosters a sense of inner peace and clarity for improved well-being.

Postnatal Reiki 

Postnatal Reiki is a complementary therapy involving light-touch energy work that supports new mothers and babies by promoting physical and emotional healing, relaxation and balance after birth. Benefits can include reduced stress, anxiety, and symptoms of postpartum depression, faster recover from birth and improved energy levels, and enhanced bonding with the baby. Reiki is considered safe and is often used in conjunction with conventional medical care. Baby is welcome to come along for the session too!

Sound Bath Meditation 

Sound bath meditation offers benefits such as stress and anxiety reduction, deep relaxation, improved well-being, heightened awareness, and a release of stored emotions. It works by using therapeutic sounds from instruments like singing bowls to slow the nervous system's "fight-or-flight" response, shift brain waves toward calmer states, and promote a sense of inner peace and clarity.


These can be conducted on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting.
